Loyalty cards for small shops
The punch card that lives in your customer’s phone.
Cardenza turns your paper punch card into a wallet pass. It looks like your shop, not like us. Customers add it once at the counter and it never gets lost in a coat pocket again.

How it works
From paper to wallet, without closing for the day.
Most shops are taking their first scan the same afternoon they sign up. Here is the whole of it.
- 01
You describe the reward you already give
Two fields: what earns a stamp, and how many stamps earn the reward. If you run a class pass or a service interval instead, that works the same way.
Takes about two minutes
- 02
We build the pass in your colors
Upload a logo and pick your color. We check the contrast so the reward stays readable in bright sun at the counter, and we keep our own name off the front entirely — one line on the back of the pass, nowhere else.

The card goes on the counter
You print a placard with your QR code. A customer scans it, taps add, and the pass is in their wallet. Nobody types an email address, nobody downloads anything.
Print-ready PDF, sized for a small stand

Every visit after that is one scan
Your staff opens the scan page on the shop phone and points it at the customer's pass. The stamp lands instantly, and the wallet updates itself the next time they look.
Why not paper
Paper punch cards work. They just don’t tell you anything.
A stack of card stock
- Lost in a coat pocket, and the stamps go with it.
- You never learn who is one stamp from a reward.
- Reprinting costs money every time the deal changes.
- Easy to stamp twice by accident, or on purpose.
- No way to say “we miss you” to someone who stopped coming.
A pass in the wallet
- Always on the phone they already brought.
- You see exactly who is close, and how often they come.
- Change the reward once and every card updates.
- One scan per visit, counted by us.
- Send a note to the wallet when it’s worth it. Coming

Frequently asked questions
The things shop owners ask first.
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. The pass goes into the wallet that is already on their phone — Apple Wallet today, Google Wallet coming. They scan the card on your counter, tap add, and that is the end of the setup.
What do you do with my customers’ data?
We never have it. There is no account to create — a customer scans your code and taps add, and that is the whole of it. No name, no email, no phone number. What exists on our side is an anonymous pass and a stamp count, so there is no marketing list to sell and nothing worth breaching.
What do I need at the counter?
A phone or tablet with a camera, and the placard you print. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install on your till.
Will it look like Cardenza or like my shop?
Your shop. Your color fills the pass and your logo sits at the top. The front is yours alone — our name appears once, on the back of the pass, where a customer only looks if they go hunting for it. On Pro you can take that off too.
What happens to the stamps people already have on paper?
Give them a head start. When someone adds their pass you can set the count to match the paper card in their hand, so nobody loses progress in the switch.
Can staff stamp the same card twice by mistake?
It can happen, and the scanner takes stamps away as well as adding them. Tap a correction on the scan screen — −1, −2, −3, −5, or a number you type — confirm, and the count goes back where it should be. A correction isn’t held up by the scan cooldown, so you can put a double stamp right the moment you notice it. Separately, a second scan within a second or two is ignored on every plan, and Pro adds a cooldown you set yourself plus a business-hours window if the default doesn’t suit how you serve.
What happens after the free trial?
You pick your plan when you sign up and we take a card then, but nothing is charged for 30 days. Cancel in one click any time before day 30 and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan you chose starts automatically on day 30.
Try it for thirty days. Keep the paper cards in the drawer.
